We currently ship to New Zealand, the UK, and the US. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are 7 to 21 business days depending on destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit — your choice.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. Email us a photo of the issue and your order number.
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened products within 30 days. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we'll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective. If you have a reaction or concern about a product, contact us — we'll work with you to find a solution.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
